| The 968 Clubsport, aka 968 CS, is a lightweight, sportier version of the 968.
It is to the 968 what the 911 RS America is to the 911 Carrera. Mechanically, the engine has
been improved, with added power and torque (275 HP in the ClubSport vs. the 236 HP in a normal 968).
On the extrerior, the CS differs from a "vanilla" 968 with body-color wheels and ClubSport script
on the doors. However, these aren't on all ClubSports, as they were optional,
in case one wanted a real 'sleeper' ClubSport, virtually identical to a normal 968 at
first glance. However, all of these cars do have the "968 CS" script at the rear
to set them apart from their lesser siblings. |
